FC Bayern Munchen have been playing at their level best for quite some time now. Last season they completed the golden treble winning all three major trophies. In the Hansi Flick era so far Bayern have been scoring at a rate of almost three goals per game. The management have been so accurate in their decisions of rotating the players while ensuring a positive result almost each game. When teams score at high rates they concede more goals also. It's a trade-off they willingly accept. With so many bouncing backs in the recent memory Flick decided not to substitute in the defense section and was hopeful that their strikers will seal the deal for them but Monchengladbach hold them to the perfection and deny all the chances to penetrate further and conceded no goals in the second half. It was just a ticking bomb for Bayern.
